General Rental conditions

As soon as we receive your booking with booking data, we will send you an invoice. As soon as we receive your deposit payment of 25% of the balance due, we will send you our booking confirmation.

The balance is due at least 60 days before the rental period begins. 

For bookings made 60 days before the rental period begins, the full balance is due immediately in order to validate your booking.

Upon receipt of the final balance due, a holiday voucher showing your holiday adress will be sent to you along with directions and complementary rental information.

A deposit of € 250 (per apartment) has to be paid locally in cash to the keyholder. (Will be refunded after the apartment is left in order).
